Tim was available same-day, very flexible in scheduling, explained everything clearly, and provided rush lab work to help me meet a deadline. Top notch service.

Top company! Having been in the business I tend to be overly cautious. Tim was absolutely great! He knows his business. In this industry when you feel you have a possible issue you want the best. No different if you were going to a medical specialist for a diagnosis, you’d want to be sure the specialist was highly rated and cared. The health of your home and the level of knowledge and care Tim has your home is in good hands.

I can't say enough nice about Tim Crain. He spent 3+ hours at our home looking for water leakage and mold, followed by air samples and lab tests. He's willing to crawl into tight spaces that house the air handlers. This is followed by a very in depth report with recommendations. He's responsive to email, text, phone and shows up and follows through when he says he is going to.

Highly recommend!! It was a wonderful experience working with Tim Crain with AIR Resolutions. Tim was extremely helpful from the very beginning, punctual, and did an amazingly thorough mold inspection of our home. He provided us with a detailed report and the lab results, as soon as they came in. We also had a follow up phone call with him to go over the report. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable Mold inspector, Tim Crain is your choice! And….he’s a super nice person!

I work at a comprehensive duct cleaning office, and over time I’ve come across many mold inspectors, but only a few that I strongly recommend. Tim from Air Resolutions is definitely one of them. He is extremely thorough in his inspections and very detail-oriented. What really sets him apart is that he focuses on identifying the root cause of the issue rather than just addressing surface-level mold. He’s truly top-notch, and I confidently recommend him to homeowners throughout Pinellas County. If you’re dealing with indoor air quality concerns or just don’t feel right in your home, Tim is the person to call. He will identify the issue!

Tim was very pleasant to work with and had great communication skills! I knew exactly what to expect and the cost of the mold inspection up front. I felt comfortable with him doing the testing in our home. He is extremely thorough and detailed in his inspections. He found moisture in our kitchen and I was not aware of it. During the inspection my two year old kept trying to unpack his tools but Tim was not bothered by it and was actually interacting with her in a positive way. He actually brought cute little toys for the kids like flash light key chains, slime and a little coloring book. It means so much to find someone who actually cares about their clients and their families. This experience exceeded my expectations for professionalism and care. I will always recommend Tim for anyone who needs help with mold inspections! Excellent service and great customer service! Thank you!

We had a great experience with Tim! We called him out to come inspect the whole house for mold sources (if any). He was thorough & took his time. His post-inspection report was concise and easy to understand. We will be sure to recommend Tim to friends and family if they need mold inspections in the future.

Highly recommend!! When I first called and spoke with Tim to set up the first appointment, I didn’t realize he was located quite a distance from me but he offered to come out anyways! He was very prompt in his arrival time and also sending the reports. Very thorough during testing and great at explaining his findings. I contacted him to see if he would be able to do the follow up test after the mold had been removed and he did and was just as prompt/thorough the 2nd time!
